Reviewing Your Season

When your bowling season ends, it’s important to spend time reviewing your performance, especially if you set goals at the outset. Did you achieve those goals? It’s one of many questions you can pose to help you decide your course of action in the off-season. Here are a few more:

• What aspect(s) of your game improved this year? Where did you underperform?
• Did your practice support your goals? Do you need to practice more, or practice differently?
• Did your league bowling support your tournament bowling? Was it too much or not enough?
• Are you committed to another season? What are your goals for next year?
