The Track Paradox Trilogy is the third offering in the Paradox line and it is the first of the three to have a polished coverstock. The Trilogy uses an updated QR-10 Hybrid coverstock that is paired up with the same I-Core 2.0 asymmetrical core as the previous two Paradox releases. This core has very strong mass properties, with an RG of 2.48″, a total differential of 0.057″, and an intermediate differential of 0.015″. Even though this ball has a polished box finish, its new coverstock handles oil better than any polished cover we have seen to date.
We had our best reaction with this ball on our medium pattern, but it also held its own when we moved to our heavy test pattern. We had the Trilogy very similar to the other two Paradox balls in breakpoint and back end strength. The biggest difference comes from the 500/1000 Abralon and polished box finish.
