The Hx05 is the new mid price release from Track. This ball is the first to use a new naming system. It is the first ball that carries the “H” name, designed for high rev players. This ball has an intermediate differential of .005, which is where the last two digits of the name are from. The Hx05 uses a new coverstock in addition to the new naming system. This new DR-4 Pearl surrounds the Modified Kinetic core. This cover easily glided through the heads for all three testers before making an arc shaped motion to the pocket.

There is something to this marketing style, because Cranker really liked this ball on the medium pattern. He could be as aggressive as he wanted with his release without the Hx05 jerking sideways at the break point. Tweener had an above average reaction as well. The thing he liked most about...
