The Storm Crux Pearl is the first 2015 addition to Storm’s Premier line of high performance bowling balls. This ball pairs the Catalyst core shape from the first Crux with Storm’s ERG Pearl Reactive coverstock. This cover comes out of the box with Storm’s standard 1500 grit polished finish. This gives the Crux Pearl added length and a much stronger change of direction downlane than the first Crux.
This ball’s reaction shape was best for our testers on our medium test pattern. They were all able to open up their angles in the front of the lane, seeing plenty of angularity from this ball at the breakpoint.
