The Shout 2014 is the polished solid half of the two new HP1 bowling balls from Roto Grip this season. The Shout shares the same higher RG low differential core with the Scream and it also comes at a 1500-grit polished finish.
Like the Scream, we liked the Shout best on our medium test pattern. The Shout picked up slightly sooner than the Scream and it was not as angular at the breakpoint. The total amount of hook was almost identical. All three testers played the same parts of the lane, but the Shout started sooner and had more of an arc shape than the Scream. This reaction was consistent
