The Trident uses both a new coverstock and a new core design for Motiv. Coercion HVH Reactive is a hybrid coverstock that offers the most amount of traction in oil for a hybrid in the Motiv line. On the inside, the new Turbulent weight block is a lower RG (2.49″) and higher differential (0.054″) asymmetrical design that has a large amount of track flare potential. The Trident is finished at a 3000 grit LSS finish, giving it plenty of teeth to sink into heavy volumes of oil.
We started with the Trident on our heavy oil test pattern. All three testers saw this ball pick up strong in the midlane and offer a lot of recovery downlane.
