Motiv Primal Impulse Bowling Ball Review

The Motiv Primal Impulse will grab bowlers’ interests when they take a good look at it. The bright, vibrant colors will be the first thing bowlers notice. Taking a look under the hood will expose a new, complex, and intriguing core shape. The core is described as an asymmetrical symmetrical shape. This core, combined with the new AtomiX SFP Reactive shell, will match up best on medium patterns for most bowlers. Those with slower ball speeds or higher rev rates will be the only ones who see consistent use on oily patterns.

All three of our testers preferred the Primal Instinct on the medium test pattern. The Primal Impulse turned the corner consistently shot after shot even when we did not catch it all at the bottom of the swing.
