The Maximum Altitude is the second pro performance ball we have tested from Jet. This ball uses the same core as the original Altitude, but utilizes a shiny pearlized veneer.
The cover is a strong pearl composite and had no problem making our medium test pattern look pretty easy. Cranker types will still find themselves playing inside on this type of condition because of their higher rev rates. Our Cranker saw a strong midlane read with a decent movement at the back end. Tweener, with his medium rev rate, relied on his ball’s midlane read. His best look was playing just inside of the oil line, bumping the track about halfway down the lane.
