The latest upper-mid performance ball from Columbia 300 is the Oath. This follow up to the Omen comes at the same box finish and uses the same Magnetite material in the core.
This ball was even better on the long test pattern than the Omen. All three testers were able to use the box finish to create a strong arcing motion through the entire lane. The box finish easily gnawed through this slick pattern, giving us a terrific path to the pocket. We were able to move left as the pattern broke down and we did this to keep catching enough oil to get it down the lane. This ball never wanted to slow down; it just was coming and coming.
The medium pattern didn’t have enough oil up front
