The Delirium Shock is the third release in the Delirium line, joining the original Delirium and the Severe Delirium. This is the first ball since the Oath to use the Bend-It Solid coverstock. The Delirium lineup is different than others in that the solid-covered ball has less surface out of the box than the hybrid release. This difference in box finish gave us more length, more back end, and more total hook than we saw from the hybrid-covered Severe Delirium.
The Delirium Shock’s big hooking motion was best on our heavy volume test pattern. We saw the biggest difference compared to the Severe Delirium at the breakpoint and back end. This ball went farther downlane than the Severe and was more angular off the breakpoint
