This ball, along with the Nexus f(P), are the two new releases in the Pro Performance line of Brunswick products that use two new asymmetric cores. The Nexus f(P+F) also uses a new solid coverstock. Brunswick is using abbreviations of the additives in the coverstock. The first f is the formula, the P is projection and the F is friction.
Projection and friction are definitely what we saw on the heavy oil pattern. The box finish is a sanded 1500 SiaAir pad. This core/cover combination creates the most overall hook from Brunswick since the C System Alpha Max. All three testers had recovery on the fresh and, as the pattern began to break down, Stroker’s ball reaction got even better.
