The fifth release in Brunswick’s Mastermind series is the Mastermind Einstein. It uses a new modified weight block and a new hybrid coverstock. The new core is similar in shape to the one used in the previous Masterminds, but it has a slightly higher RG and slightly lower differentials.  The last time a ball in this line had a hybrid cover was the Mastermind Genius from early 2014. In sticking with the Einstein theme, this ball’s new cover is called Relativity Hybrid Reactive. We felt that it gave us more traction in the oil, which helped to smooth out the overall reaction shape a bit for our testers.

The predictable motion of the Einstein was best for us on our medium test pattern. It wants to pick up strong
