With the release of the Encore, AMF fans now have a new option available for tackling drier lane conditions. This ball uses the Mallet Symmetric core, marking the first time this core has been used in an AMF ball. This weight block offers bowlers a higher RG and a medium-low differential. The Encore uses a pearl version of the F73 coverstock, polished at a 1500 grit finish out of the box. We have seen this cover on a few previous balls that have higher differential cores, such as the OMG Pearl, the Bull Whip Special Edition, and the Incinerate Pearl. With this combination of core, cover, and box finish, the Encore provided us with a lot of length before making its way to the pocket.
